What to expect at your first consultation:
Our initial consultation will be a brief discussion to understand your needs and identify solutions, so you no longer have to worry about supporting your technology. At the end of this consultation, we’ll provide a customized Managed Service Agreement based on our discussion, along with an outline of next steps.
What to expect Month 1 of Subscription:
For new subscription clients, our first step is to schedule a discovery session. During this session, we will enroll our management agent on your computer systems, allowing us to handle all technical aspects behind the scenes.
We will establish a dedicated support desk and point of contact for you, and develop an infrastructure map to clearly outline your business requirements and needs.
Towards the end of the month, we will provide an onboarding snapshot of overall system health and security, along with a recommended action plan to automate your update policies and enhance your system security.
What to expect Month 3 of Subscription:
Month 3 is one of our favorite milestones because it’s when we get to showcase your return on investment. We’ll provide an updated System Health and Security report, highlighting all the progress since the initial onboarding. This is also an opportunity to ensure we’re meeting your expectations and to discuss any additional automation, support, or future technical solutions you may need.
What to expect Month 6 of Subscription:
In month 6, we’ll provide a comprehensive status report and address any additional needs identified since Month 3. We celebrate the strong partnership we’ve built with you and explore ways to continue delivering exceptional service.
